Ray serves as the Chairman for the Four Points Chamber of Commerce.  He has over 23 years of experience in high tech program management and team leadership.  Ray has envisioned a group of strong community minded businesses that enjoy collaborative networking to promote local business growth and giving back to the community.  Ray is a member of Refferals at Twin Creeks BNI chapter and serves on the membership committee for the chapter.

Ray is the owner of RF Insurance Masters a full service insurance broker to help provide advice on individual and group health dental life and supplemental insurance.   Ray started his insurance company over a two years ago because he felt a need to help and advise people find affordable solutions.  The challeng people have is getting solid advice on the best choices available for their personal situation.   He wants to foster a long term relationship with his customers by supporting their needs. 

In past roles he has been Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering at Wasabi Systems, Director of Program Management, Flextronics Taiwan, Site Manager/Program Manager of Entry Level Servers for Hewlett Packard Taiwan, Site Engineering Manager for 3Com Austin, Networking Engineering Program Manager for Compaq.  Ray holds a BSEE degree from University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport Connecticut.

David serves as the Networking Events Director for the Four Points Chamber of Commerce and also as the Facilitator for the Four Points Chamber Connectors Networking Education group.  He has over 22 years of business development experience in the finance, marketing, real estate and recycling industries.  David has enjoyed leading business networking groups for the past seven years, including four years with BNI and starting/ facilitating two additional networking organizations.

After having transformed his own “Thank you” card-sending habits, David started a local Independent Distributorship of SendOutCards four years ago to teach business professionals to become “Thank you Card Masters” and is driven by the renewed success he helps his customers realize.  He additionally consults on the Board of Directors for KP Capital Group, Inc. out of Clovis, CA and Proco Company out of Manassas, VA.

In his past roles he has owned, operated and funded 5 of his own businesses, two for which he is still an active contributor – Product Conversions Company, LLC and KP Capital Group, Inc.  David holds a BA in Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio
